Hi everybody I have tried weightwatchers before and I fell at the first hurdle!!! But this time I am motivated and ready to shed these many many pounds! Lol ! Hopefully you lovely people will help me and keep me motivated along this journey!!! I will start my food diary tomorrow and every day from then!!!
 
Right here we are my first food diary!

Breakfast
Coco pops 3 pp
Milk 2 pp
Orange juice 2 pp

Lunch
Wafer thin chicken salad sandwich 5 pp
French fries chrisps 3 pp
Ww yogurt 1pp

Dinner
2 fresh fishcakes 10 pp
Salad 0 pp
Coleslaw 4 pp
One timeout finger 3 pp
Couple of minsterals out of bag 3pp ?

Right today I messed up by having a stupid bottle of sprite my boyfriend bought me! I did not realize it was 6pp! Anyway here is my food diary for today :)

Thanks!! Its just annoying isn't it! I can't believe how many points a sprite is! That's definikty off the list lol !!! X
 
really! i would love to loose the same but i doubt i will! i weigh in on monday, which is quite bad because ill have to be good on the weekend!!! x

Not really I walk the dog everyday....when it's not raining lol! N I have a work out DVD that try n do few times think inky did it once this week tho!! Xx
