motivation help please

Hi Ya
I've not been doing weightwatchers for a few months now and totally lost my motivation, and cant get my head into it at, I've just eaten sausage chips and curry from the chip shop too, does anyone know how many points that would be and what would you eat tonight if i've not ruined it for today. should i start my diet tomorrow?? thanks!:sigh:

Not sure on the points hun, but dont try again tomorrow just start now. I got myself into a cycles of "I'll start again tomorrow" and just ended up eating alot more than normal and gaining more weight in the long run. So dont starve youself as such, but try making a 0point soup? Then count fresh points from tomorrow. Thats my best suggestion :) x

I agree. As hard as it is you have to stop putting it off. I know its easier said than done though! I was off the rails for 4 days last week so I'm right there with you but eventually I realised it was getting me nowhere and I had slipped into old habits. Pick yourself up and get back on that wagon! =]
