Motivation

    for the first time, chickened out of going to the ww weigh in
    Any one got any tips to kick start again? X

    sorry to hear your motivation has gone awol!

    I look at before and after pics on here to keep motivated and read lots of encouraging posts and realise there are so many people feeling and looking like me, but there are determined to do it, so I think if they can..SO CAN I! :)

    I also remember all the reasons why I am doing it in the first place. Most importantly to me is health wise, but my diary is crammed full of reasons why I want to be slim, I post one in my diary every day of the week!!!! ( I have many ;))

    Also pinning a pic of yourself at your heaviest up at home, could remind you why you are wanting to lose weight. In the past I have also used pics from magazines for motivation and inspiration, and anytime I am tempted or lose motivation..I think, i WANT to look like that :D

    Good luck, how are you today? is the motivation still on holiday, or has it come rushing back yet????? :)

    Rainbow :) thanks for the tips! You've totally re-motivated me... Just back from the shops, never bought so much fruit etc lol... Ready to plan my week! Sometimes u really lose sight of what it's all about.

    That is good news :)

    sometimes, we just need someone else to point out what we already know!

    I wish I had taken a before pic when i started, thinking of taking one next week and comparing it with another every 6 weeks, to keep me motivated for the future weeks/months :eek:
