    This was me a few days ago. Try to work out what you've eaten and take it off your weeklies then keep calm and carry on. Do as I say not as I do though. I continually ate crap for a few days after a massive argument with my bloke but am back on it now :)

    Why is it so haaaaard? Lol xx
