Tried it again today and I have decided tat I really hate the texture of the mousse. Is there any chance that I can return it to my CDC for something else, or seeing as its opened there's nothing I can do but toss it?

I didnt like it at first but have u tried to make it this way as it makes a good firm mixture:
Put 150ml water in freezer for approx 10-15 mins until ice crystals start to form so it ice cold.
Add level spoon of mix-a-mousse to the shake sachet and shake it with the shake powder in the packet then add to the iced water.
Blend for good 2 mins with a good blender.
Pour into a bowl and put back in freezer for approx 10 - 15 mins until its set but before it freezes so keep close eye on it.
This works everytime for me and choc mint is seriously yummy!
I dont think cdc will take back opened mix-a-mousse tho.
