Sorry girlies - I didn't like it at all - back to plain old shakes for me!!!

Did you have mousse or ice cream?

Would freezing be allowed given the time it would take to freeze considering we are supposed to drink the shakes within 15 mins of them being made?

It's because some of the vitamins or summat in the shakes that we need are water soluble... hmmm I suppose if it's really yummy and you only do it a couple of times a week it won't matter too much but I may just get shot for saying that...
