Hi louisa welcome.
I too did atkins about 5years ago & lost about 2 stone,it gradually crept back on & i found myself trying atkins again(without success) at least a couple of times in the last 2 years. It was just too restricting & i couldnt stick to it for some reason!

Anyhow enough waffling:eek:..ive been doin ww since end of jan & have found it so easy & hav so far lost 1st 6lb & only got a few pounds to go to get to goal:)
And if im feeling brave i may try to get to 10st exactly.
So good luck xx

Looks like we're in this together. Well, presuming you'd like to lose weight along side moi :)

I'm going to miss the Atkins lot as I made some lovely friends but luckily we're all still on Minimins.

Good luck Louisa!

Welcome - yes a bit late I know

Just wondering how you are finding ww

its not just weetabix that tastes good
I have strawberries for breakfast they are great at this time of the year

hope it goes well for you - just remember if you have been low carbing dont add too many in all at once - reintroduce them slowly so your body can adjust to them :):)
