I'm on TOTM (not the best time to start this diet in hindsight ) and yesterday evening I got home and KNEW I had to eat something. I had a very low carb meal of tinned salmon and broccoli and I REFUSE to feel guilty about it!!
The reason is that in the past I would have thought "right that's it, I've messed it up again after only a couple of days so I might as well have toast!" I'm not doing that this time. I have decided to do WS for the time being. I will still lose weight and I wont feel like a failure
