Hello! Sorry to put a thread up with your name but wanted to ask you a few questions and hope you don't mind. I noticed that you were on the 810 and just wondered what our weight loss was like on this and did you have more results from ss than 810, my reasons for asking is that me and my cdc discussed which options i had and i was told i would have similar results in using the 810 to the ss and ss+. But wanted to see if this was the case for you as like everyone else i want to loose weight as quickly as possible so am thinking (after seeing over the next 2 weeks what my loss is like on 810) of going onto the ss+ instead of the 810?
Also i know you are on the 1000 now, are you still loosing/wanting to loose weight or are theese next steps just for maintaining? As my CDC set my target weight for 10st 2lb (which is a bmi of 25 so the top of my healthy weight) but i really was hoping to go to around 8st 7lb which is more towards the lower of my healthy weight range, i just wondered if you were set a target first which you reached and if you were able to carry on loosing weight at your choice after?
    Sorry for so many
