Well iv had enough of ww, I started it after Christmas did well and then stuck to it properly and put weight on *confused* So had a week or so off it and iv put weight on again. Highest weight was 219lbs and and I'm back to 187lbs now. Iv been stuck between 12.12 and 13.5 for month and month now and I just need to get on with it!! To maintain my weight I apparently need 2080 calories a day, To lose 1lb a week I need 1580 a day. I don't want to be too strict on myself or I won't stick to it, so I'm going to try and keep between 1200-1700 a day, I won't be weighing myself until 1st march either, I think part of my problem is constant scale hopping and getting disheartened.
