Hiya all

Ordered the week trial pack and am starting SnS today. Going to weigh in wednesday eves. WI today was a bit of a shocker. Got about 8 stones to lose to get a healthy BMI as at the mo Im in the red :-(

Feeling optimistic about trying all the packs and losing the weight. Going to try and do 4 packs a day ... Simplicity. Although if i fancy chicken and veg one eve instead of a pack i may alternate.

Im so looking forward to losing the weight and being able to find fashionable clothing (feel girly rather than blobby), be healthier and not so concerned about being so big and the implications that has on my health now and in the future, etc. There are so many reasons i want and need to shift this weight and im so thrilled to be starting.

Im going to try and keep a diary here and really hope you guys can support, advise and hold me to account.

Thanks in advance :)

Gonna follow your journey. Just do what feels right. I try to stick to 4 packs a day but there are some days where I just need something more so I'll have fish/chicken/eggs instead & it makes no difference. In fact I find having this option makes it so much easier. Best of luck! :D

Hello and welcome!
Trying to think what helped me in the beginning..
Lots of reasons there so good luck, drink loads of water and watch out for headaches that soon pass. Don't forget to moisturise as well as this helps with skin tone and feels good.

Hi and welcome

Good luck with your journey, once you get past day 5 you feel so energetic just stay strong and ride out the headaches and stomach noises telling you your hungry.

I do the lifestyle plan where I have a chicken and veg meal just helps me get through in terms of socialising at lunch or in the evening after work xx

Thanks all. Great tips. So glad you mentioned the stomach noises ... Just heard my first. Lol. 2 packs in ... Cafe latte was great as breakfast tried it cold and hotter with more water. Yummy. Lunch I had vegetable soup ... Tasted like cuppa soup but could have used more water and stirred more.

Drinking quite a bit of water. 2 to 3 litres is the aim (about 1 and a half litres so far).

Great tip re moisturising too.

Thinking im going to love the shakes. :)

Woo whoo survived day 1 ... Had a lemon yogurt bar as a mid arvo snack ... Pretty ok ... And cheesy pasta for dinner ... Not much pasta but the cheesiness was yummy.

Roll on day 2! :)

Day 2

Cookies and cream shake (not as good as cafe latte) for brekkie

Dark choccie tafta bar for lunch ... Quite nice actually ... May order a few of these next time for when i need a choc fix.

Caramel shake for tea ... Caramely goodness :)

Havent had my last meal replacement yet. Will do later. Had fennel tea with loads of water and dr pepper zero.

So far the plans going well. Although have a few craving here and there ... The smell of yummy stuff is lovely but a bit tempting ... I just think that what im eating has what i need and i dont need more at the mo.

O chicken curry noodle soup for dinner ... Loved it. Gave me that bit of a friday night spice that i needed.

Yay to surviving day 2!

Well done, get through week one and you'll find its so much easier :)

Well done ur doing really well, how u feeling any headaches or tiredness yet, if not great. I usually have 3 packs and a meal of usually chicken or fish with Salad or veg or omelette for breakfast. But you are doing marvellous ur first wk will be a fab loss. X

Thanks. Touch wood its going ok so far. Just contemplating whether i should use my veg allowance along with the 4 packs. Hmm.

If you can manage as you are I'd stay with what you're doing. Loads of people on here seem to do well with eating veg and protein for one meal but personally I tried it last week and lost nothing so a wasted week for me. Back to the packs this week and I know I'm heading for a good loss.

Well done! I have the veg everyday. Either on its own at work for lunch or sometimes in the evening with a pack :p

Thanks all. So far no major side effects. I mean Im tired but thats prob as im up early and stressed with other stuff atm. Probably a bit dipsier than usual but not so much that youd notice! ;-)

Day 3 and so far Ive had a Banana shake for brekkie (really liked it) and a museli bar for lunch ... Delish. Im feeling hungrier today than day 1 or 2 strangely ... If tummy grumbles are anything to go by! Lol.

2 more meal packs later ... Will prob have more herbal tea and a can of dr pepper zero.

Im thinking about what and when to order my next load of SnS goodies.

Think im going to try and stick to my 4 a day of packs and no veg unless I get ravenous. Ive not tried many of the hot meal packs yet but think with those the veg would prob help bulk them out.

Hope everyone else is doing great.
:)

Heya. Survived day 3 ... Cottage pie meal for dinner. Was wary of microwaved meals but this was delish.

Choccie shake warmed as a hot choc for the eve.

Lovely. Roll on day 4 :)

Morning day 4! :) Just having Sweet porridge and fennel tea for breakfast. Not sure what i was expecting but the sweet porridge suprisingly not sweet and tastes like a thick white sauce (bechmel). Not bad just interesting. Lol. Dont think im in ketosis yet but ill keep at it.

Well done, and we are all in on the 12 weeks by the looks of it!
Scales are always tempting to stand on but I do call them my mood setter, if it looks good then I have a good day, if it looks bad then I have a bad one! Some people end up hiding them because of this..
Have a great fist week!
