Much lower/Race for life

Morning all.

I am now on a much lower calorie diet! I have been finding it soo easy to cut down around 150 calories a day! i am now having around 800 a day. I love shakes they really do fill me. I bought a exercise bike the other day to so im getting alot of exercise.

Im going out jogging every other night for my race for life training. If it didnt have race for life to train for i would of given up before i had even begun!

I have made up fresh salads and fruit salads! to either nibble on as snacks or make the fruit salads into a shake. I cant believe how organised i am, never been like this before :) :) :)

Well best get to work.

Great motive! I plan on doing race for life once I've shifted weight / got alot fitter!
