Muddy food - with occasional pics!

I'm good thanks! Had a bit of a busy weekend and stuck to plan but eaten higher calorie meals than I usually would. But worked out lots!

I'm good thanks :) going to be really good all week as I have a 40th party to go to on Saturday which will involve a few drinkies! :) lol

King Prawn stirfry with a Blue Dragon sauce (totally not worth 4 syns) :(

curry looks fab I'm having curry tonight I made the mushy pea recipe with butternut and peppers added so far it tastes delish cna't wait till lter to eat yummy!! hope you enjoyed yours? x
 
It was really yum thanks! How was yours in the end? I've never made that, I dread to think of the wind I would have after!:eek::eek: lol

Had to make a quick fix stir fry as didn't get in from work til 7pm. Just threw in a load of veg, prawns and a Blue Dragon Hoisin and garlic sauce which was so bland I wish I hadn't bothered! lol Wasted 4 syns on that! x
