OK, maybe I am using my imagination a bit....
but I just mixed 1/2 tsp coffee, 1/2 tsp St. Clements and 2 sweetners with a Caramel shake and made a muffin...i undercooked it slighlty, on purpose, and it tastes like a Malt Loaf!! Now if we could just make butter out of a pack!! LOL
I put sylliumhusks in as well, and the little gritty bits almost remind me of raisins.
