    if theres one part of my body i hate its my love handels. compared to the rest of me they are completely out of proportion and stick out for what seems like miles!! i tend to wear alot of dresses now to hide them but with winter coming, il need to wear more trousers, but anything fashionable is always low rise so makes them seem even worse!! apart from general dieting and exercise does anybody know of any tips to get rid of my love handels??!!

    Exercise. Work the core muscles on a Pilates ball and tighten it all up. That should help.

    I have the same problem. Tried exercise, but just doesnt seem to work on me :(

    I'd suggest speaking to a gym instructor or personal trainer, then. There's only so much I can suggest without going into your individual circumstances :)
