Oh damn :( I haven't weighed. I stopped diet on Wednesday still not back to it yet. Just cooked kids breakfast and i had 2 pancakes!

What with valentines and hubby's birthday I have been naughty. I just can't "care" I know ill regret it, hate myself and get all miserable if I pressure myself too much so I'm going to chill out and try to concentrate on getting back on it tomorrow once all kids are back to school x

Sounds like a good PLAN and thats a good thing hun... us old timers on this diet know how one day off plan leads to another and then another and then it just gets harderd to restart dont it babe...

But if ya anything like me unless ya head is in the right place then this diet becomes near on impossible...

come on babe ya cracked it once and ya can do it again.. ya know ya can x x x x x x

I'm ill. I have flu right now but also my depression crept in about a month ago and I can't shake it. I want to come back but I am so down I can't focus on anything. Iv weighed today and in back to 16.9 which means this year iv only lost 11lb altogether so that's left me with 5 months to get off as much as I possibly can but I doubt ill be any where near where I wanted to be.

Today iv had a glass of zero so there is still hope. Might see you all again later xx
 
Sorry to hear you're ill, I had the flu last week too and it's rotten, I hope you feel better quickly. Are you on any medication for the depression? I know lots of people dont like to take anything but it can help. I was on Citalopram for years and it really helped me when I need it and when I came off I felt more in control and could deal with things better than before.

As for the diet, think about the 11lbs you lost and not what you've put back on. It could have been worse, you could have put it all back on, but you haven't, which is an achievement in itself. If you feel able, once you're over the flu, just start again. I personally wouldnt restart while you're ill, let your body recover first and then give it a go. I started to feel better on Wednesday last week so started the diet on Thursday, even though I'd had the packs for about a week. And good luck hon xx

Sorry to hear you are unwell. You are obviously going to get back on it once you are better. The zero proves that.

hiya huni.... hope ya like me when im off plan.. i come in and have a look/lurk about in Minis.. so ya know there are a lot of poeple on here that care about ya and wanna help support ya with ya diet... the depression issue is clearly something ya need to deal with yourself ... All i can say Muffy is.... The longer ya leave getting back on plan the heavier ya gonna be on ya hols later in the year.... so once that flu has gone please get ya bum back on the packs... 5 months.. 5 stone ?????? its totally possible babe x x x x x

I'm awake. This is one if the sign I'm ready. I need to do something :( I still have not got a full TS day done yet. I'm so ashamed :'(

I'm meant to leave my house on Easter Sunday but the council haven't found me anywhere... Now I have to tell my landlord I'm stopping here and by the way I didn't keep by any of the rent for next month :O oh!

I've sold a few bits and given everything from my house away that we don't need or can live without but still have heaps left. So stressed xx


I have just 16 and a bit weeks until I go on holiday to Tunisia for our 3 yr anniversary/late honey moon. I'm around 17 stone but was planning on being around 10 stone by then. If I am 100% for 16weeks I can lose a good bit. I'd need to lose 5.4lb a week from today til the day I fly out to get to goal so I know that will never happen.

I'm due totm Thursday so I'm going to try to start then. It sounds like an insane idea as id normally munch at that time but iv been so sicky feeling and a bit ill with totm last few times I think I could get through a day or two just complaining about cramps and migraines that the lack of food shouldn't be too much....

We all know I have these ideas but nothing ever comes of them.
 
We're still here rooting for you muffy, what a lot of stress your going through just now. Hope everything falls into place. Xxx
 
Sorry to here about the challenges you are facing just now. Just look on doing this diet as something you have control over and are doing for yourself. You may not reach your goal by the time of your holiday but you can certainly be a lot nearer it than you are just now so good luck.

I agree Muffy... even if you lose the average of 3.5lbs a week, over the next 16 weeks... thats 56lbs..... 4 stone !!! Yes, 4 stone !!
I know its not your goal weight, but it really is a big massive step in the right direction !!
I hope things start to get easier for you xxx
