    I'm sure it has been asked, but are they allowed? If not, what is a good alternative..... Yoghurt with sweetener is yak!

    Am afraid all Muller lights are a no-go. Why not mix your yoghurt with jelly powder (suger free of course)? This makes a lovely fruity yoghurt.

    I have WW (i know there is sugar in them) vanilla and toffee but smaller in size and for me I am still losing so ......... I agree dont like natural with sweetner in :(

    I had to give up on everything but FF Natural Yoghurt because EVERY one of them made me stall :( I do miss them though!!!
