Should i be taking multi-vits or other supplements whilst i am on the Xenical?
I am eating a lot of fruit and salad.
I don't drink milk (can't stand the stuff) and am a veggie so might well be missing out on calcium etc.
    Does anyone else take anything?
    Thanks.

I was told it was important to take a multi vitamin as Xenical stops your body absorbing the fat which has some key things in that you need. I just take tesco multi-vitamins in the morning xx

I did discuss this with my doc and she said as a vegetarian some of the not so easy to get micronutrients might get a bit low and she suggests I take a multivit and mineral on alternate days and to take at bedtime as that would be the furthest time from any pill taken :):)
