Well in the past i have done CD and WW.
Dont like the VLCD option as i cannot cope with NOT physically eating for weeks on end.
WW has changed now with the pro points system and felt it was too restrictive.
Having followed a few friends doing SW and seeing what they eat and how NOT strict it is, i just had to try it.
I went to group 9th Jan PM and officially started on 10th January
Lost 1.5lb the first week after a meal out and a bottle of white wine to myself the night before wi. *oops*
Will be back on Tuesday with hopefully a better loss
