    MummyEm Slowly but surely!

    Ok so i went to my first meeting last night and spent a small fortune on everything I will need to complete my weight loss journey. Will be happy with 1/2 to 1 pound per week anything as long as I dont go back up lol

    I have worked out I will have 22 points a day but am going to try fast start next week after I have planned my menus and done some shopping :)

    So here goes!!!!!

    Day 1 -

    B - Crunchy Nut (50g) 3
    1/2 Pint semi skimmed milk for cereal and 3 coffees 2
    S - WW Black Forest Bar 1 1/2
    L - Seeded New York Bagel 3 - this seems quite high may change to bread!
    With 2 slices thin ham 1 extra light laughing cow cheese triangle 1 & cucumber 0
    WW Orange Yoghurt 1/2
    D - Pasta Bake & Garlic Bread (brought before going to WW so last treat) 9
    S - Apple 1/2

    Total Points for Tuesday 10/06 = 21.5
    Points Saved for Saturday = 0.5 lol

    Will try and do some exercise tonight but need to read up first on how the activity points thing works :)

    Ok day 2 - Felt a bit hungry yesterday afternoon as didnt leave enough points for a snack as high point dinner, so have learned from that lesson and will make sure I check before I buy things from now on lol

    B - Crunchy Nut (50g) 3

    S - WW Red Berry Bar 1 1/2
    L - Seeded New York Bagel 3
    With 2 slices thin ham 1 extra light laughing cow cheese triangle 1 & cucumber 0
    WW Lemon/Lime Yoghurt 1/2
    S - Walkers Baked 2
    D - Chicken Breast 2 & 1/2
    New Potatos 2 and salad 0

    Saved 1 and 1/2 for evening snack and saved 2 in bank for Saturday :)

    D - Chicken Chow Mein 7
    JD & Diet Coke x 2 2

    And 2 Points saved for snack or banked for tomorrow!
