    I'm back 1.5 stone Lighter and a spring in my step :) I'm goinbg to be doing EE :)
    Brunch:
    Cherries (SF)
    Blueberries (SF)
    Raspberries (SF)
    Alprosoya yogurt - Cherry (2 syns)

    Snack:
    Apple (SF)
    Chocolates - x6 (12 syns)

    Dinner:
    Jacket potato (F)
    Beans (F)
    28g Cheese (hexa)
    Nectarine

    Snack
    Apple (SF)
    FF Natural yougurt (F)
    2xRyvita (hexb)

    Haven't really had much to eat today been rushed off my feet!

    Dinner:
    2x egg (F)
    Sw chips (F)
    Beans (F)
    Nectarine (SF)

    Snack
    WW citrus yog (0 syn)
    3x WW brown danish (hexb)
    28g cheese (hexa)
    Bacon (F)
    2x Tsp's of butter (4 syns)
    1 tblsp Ketchup (1 syn)

    175ml White wine ( 6 syns)
    Syns 80/105 left :)

    350ml skimmed milk (hexa 1)

    Snack:
    Apple (SF)
    Kiwi (SF)
    Pear (SF)

    Lunch: original
    2x bacon
    3 x eggs
    1 tblsp Ketchup (1syn)
    3x ww brown danish (2 hexb)
    3 tsp butter (6 syns)
    28g cheese (2 hexa)
    Tomatos (SF)


    Dinner: Green
    Quorn Spagbol
