Well I'm very new to all of this only in my first week on SW so I thought I would start my own online food diary.....If anyone reads it please tell me if I'm doing anything wrong lol......

Weds 10/9/14:
Breakfast: 35g Porridge Oats (hexb), raspberries, blueberries, fat free natural yoghurt (Overnight Oats)
Lunch: Jacket Potato, Salad with fat free vinagarette dressing, part of 40g Cathedral City Light cheddar (hexa), baked beans
Dinner: Spag Bol from SW recipe, Pasta, rest of cheese from lunch
Snacks: Banana, Apple, Muller light toffee, cadbury highlights hot chocolate sachet (2 Syns)

Ok so here we go:
Thurs 11/9/14:
Breakfast: Turkey rashers, fried egg, tomatoes
Lunch: Jacket Potato, 40g Cathedral City Light cheddar (hexa), Tinned tuna in brine
Dinner: SW Green Thai Curry from latest magazine (3 Syns), Thai sticky rice
Snacks: Banana, Muller light yoghurt, 2 x Alpen light bars (hexb), Ginger green tea

Have a lovely day peeps and thinking of the USA today xxx
 
Mon 15/9/14:
Breakfast: Muller Light Yoghurt, Aplen Light (hexb)
Lunch: Ainsley Harriet Tomato & Garlic Cous Cous (2.5 SYNS), Muller light yoghurt
Dinner: Salmon, Jacket Potato, Large Salad with fat free vinagarett dressing, 1tsp butter (1.5 Syn)
Snacks: Ginger Green Tea, Mango, Pineapple, Cadbury Highlight hot Hazelnut Hot choc (2 SYNS), Alpen Light (hexb)

Just realised I didn't have anything for my hexa.....could of had a milky hot choc!!!!
 
Tues 16/9/14:
Breakfast: 60g wholemeal roll (hexb), bacon, egg, brown sauce (1Syn)
Lunch: Pasta, 3 x Philly extra light 35g tubs (hexa), tuna, sweetcorn, muller light, mr kipling angel slice (7 Syns) :eek:
Dinner:Gammon, poached egg, tinned spaghetti, sw chips
Snacks: Ginger Green Tea, Cadbury Highlight hot Hazelnut Hot choc (2 SYNS), melon, raspberries, strawberries, o% fat crème fraishe (3Syns), Honey (1Syn)

Quite a hight syn day for me, but the angel slice was lovely ;)
