Munchies

Actually, talking about powdered skimmed milk on the recipe thread, I just reposted the bran free pancake recipe. That's something I'd sometimes make myself when feeling fanciful!
 
(Me too... can't say it helped me though cos I had carbs galore at lunchtime... no weigh in for me tomorrow :-()
 
I was on a damage limitation exercise to stop binge eating (and have been doing well where that's concerned, I thought) but then had two lunches out two days' running and didn't make good food choices at either stupidly.

Now with holiday from tomorrow night, no time to compensate, so I'll just have to dust myself off end September and heave up into the saddle again. Ketosis is easier for me - no temptations - no extras - no nutttting! Real life? That might have to wait a bit longer!!

I've recognised my downfall is going out...at all...full stop

If I stay in - I'm good and only eat what's "in" which I usually am good at making sure is dukan friendly... I go out and it's eating with other people non-dukan things or fast food on every corner....and eating to be sociable :S....

not that I've overdone it...but still... I'd be skinny in no time if I dropped socialising :)
 
hmm... I've dropped socialising before... and still managed to get fat! Actually, at my fattest, I didn't socialise! So that one doesn't work for me.

I do need to learn in a restaurant NOT to have the most fattening thing though! guh!
