Mushroom and leek quiche :)

i made this earlier thought id post it was sooooo nice i ate alot of it!

Mushroom & Leek Quiche

you will need-

round tin
spray lite
baking paper

4 eggs
200g quark
chopped mushrooms
chopped leeks (however much u want)
1 slice of ham chopped
sprinkle of mixed herbs
grated low fat cheese

1. mix together eggs, quark, mushrooms, leeks and ham and herbs
2. line the tin with baking paper, spray paper with fry light
3. pour mixture out into tin and smooth around til flat
4. pop in oven gas mark 7 for 20 min or until going brown on top
5. take out and sprinkle cheese on then give it another 5 mins

enjoy!!
