Mushroom ideas?

Evening all!

I seem to have a glut of mushrooms in my fridge at the moment that need using up...chestnut mushrooms and closed cup mushrooms. Any ideas on what I could do with them (as low syn as possible ideally)? Xx

Make a risotto, it's lovely made with mushrooms!

Yep, risotto! I made one last night and it was lovely. You can put in parmesan if you've got a healthy extra to spare.

Add them to a curry or chilli
Make bolognese with them
Omelettes
Roast them with a spritz of Frylight and a sprinkle of dried herbs, and enjoy them with anything!

I made carbonara last week but stuck a load of mushrooms in it.

Just cook 250g pasta, whilst cooking that cook your mushrooms (I fried mine with garlic and bacon), when pasta was cooked, drained it and reserved a bit of Pasta water. Take pasta of heat, add 2 beaten eggs and 50g Parmesan stir round. Add a bit of left over pasta water if it needs it (it should be moist, not wet)

You've probably eaten them by now, but mushroom stroganoff! http://group.slimmingworld.com/recipes/mushroom-stroganoff.aspx I didn't realise, when I posted before, that you could make stroganoff on Slimming World, I thought it'd be too creamy. I'm so trying this this week!
