Feeling inspired by STBG's phenomenal success WELL DONE YOU YAY!! (and more than a little brassed off with myself - If I'd stuck at this since I started last March, I've have been at goal by now grrrr), I've decided to go 790 because SS just isn't working for me.
Now, I'm a bit of a funny bugger when it comes to food. I'm veggie, not a problem, and I'm a bit 'green' so I only eat vegetables that are in season and hence, are from Britain and not flown halfway across the world, resulting in silly carbon footprints! This makes it a bit more difficult for me in finding foods I can eat. So I'm settling for Quorn sausages with mushrooms. YUM!
But, when they say 2 tablespoons, do they mean cooked or uncooked. Because Mushrooms shrink A LOT when cooked and 2 tablespoons of raw mushrooms looks very sad once they are cooked!!
OK, yes, I admit it - I'm just looking for a reason to EAT MORE FOOD!!
