    Can I just confirm that the ingredients in the MPC mean that I don't need to include third of the plate in addition to what's being served coz the ingredients are all free / speed anyway? xx

    I wondered this with other things - like when I make a curry sauce out of blended butternut squash and tomatoes and then add peppers, onions and quorn, nearly all the ingredients are superfree and take up half the plate so is more superfree neccessary? I'm not a fan of salad so try and avoid when possible!
