Well I finally tried mushy pea curry, made the base mix two weeks ago and froze it, but never had the courage to try it tonight I fried some lean pork slices, mushrooms and onions then added the curry sauce. It is fantastic one of the tastiest curry's I have ever made and all free, will certainly make this again.
Any curry lovers that are reluctant try it you wont be disappointed just make sure to put enough curry powder and spices to make it nice and hot
