Brief introduction to myself, I'm Louise I'm 21, a proud mummy to my princess Lillie-grace, I need the motivation not to eat rubbish, I'm doing slimming world diet and lost 4lb last week, tomorrow is the weigh in and I have done rubbish this week:( but I'm back on track today, I really just want to loose the weight and feel better in myself. Definitely going to do a planned diary of everything I'm going to eat in the week.

Breakfast - apple
lunch- rice + apple

so far not hungry going to make a small salad soon and have that:)

Hi Louise, Welcome to the forum. Well done on your first 4lb loss and all the very best to you for the WI tomorrow.
Very popular is SW and seems to be very successful too by all accounts.
Try not to get too upset with the blips that happen along the way, we all have them from time to time...even the best of us!! .. :D
