My 2 week success express (attempt)

Week 2 day 3

Breakfast- a huge dinner plate 1/3 Strawberries, 1/3 Raspberries, 1/3 Cantaloupe melon (very yummy)

Lunch- Green Pepper & Tomato Omelette

Dinner- 5 scan bran with EL triangles, punnet of raspberries... forgot to pack my quorn sausages aaggh. (HEb & a)

Snack. Worcester Sauce Ryvita minis (HEb)
Sweet Chilli Oat Bakes (6.5 syns) (weekly 20.5)

Week 2 Day 4..0

Breakfast... 2 Scan bran with EL triangles

Lunch... Hifi bar (on the go)

Dinner... 3 quorn Bramley apple sausages & a lean pork chop

Ryvita minis (HEb)


Now out for lots of Bacardi....

Lunch.... Vegetable stirfry (all SS)
Marmite Rice cakes (6 syns)

Dinner...Chicken & Sweetcorn Soup (5syns), Chicken Chowmein (7 syns)

Planned the Chinese and had a lunch that was just a plate of vegetables to get some SS foods into my daily menu


2 jellies & 2 alpen lights (1 syn & 1HEb)

7lb... but even though I have been on plan I think I have put a bit back on... must have been excess water :mad:

Lunch... HM Broccoli & Cauliflower soup, 2 packs of BBQ Chicken

Dinner... HM Soup as above, Packet of sugar snap peas, Philly Splendips. (7.5 syns)

Snacks... toffee Hifi bar, banana (HEb)

Dinner... Stirfry veg & packet of Sweet Chilli Chicken
