Week 2 day 3
 
Breakfast- a huge dinner plate 1/3 Strawberries, 1/3 Raspberries, 1/3 Cantaloupe melon (very yummy)
 
Lunch- Green Pepper & Tomato Omelette
 
Dinner- 5 scan bran with EL triangles, punnet of raspberries... forgot to pack my quorn sausages aaggh. (HEb & a)
 
Snack. Worcester Sauce Ryvita minis (HEb)
Sweet Chilli Oat Bakes (6.5 syns) (weekly 20.5)
