my 2nd weigh in ( unofficial!)

hi!
well ive been on CD SS two weeks today, its my second weigh in, my CDC is away for 3 weeks though so i had to weigh myself, i weigh about 2-3lbs heavier on my scales so i probably weigh less,
any way this week i have lost 7lbs!!!!
and its also TOTM whoop whoop!!!!!!!! so thats a stone and 4lbs in just 2 weeks!!!! bloody amazing!!!

thanks you, yes it certainly does spur you on, i was just saying to my mum earlier i would never go back to other diets where you just lose a 1lb a week, it would drive me mad lol( you watch, i bet i only lose a pound next week lol)

i know, i was shocked at losing half a stone when its TOTM, i can and use to gain 5-6lbs when i was on, so i was very impressed!
