Step 1 Sole Source My 4th or 5th return ??

    Hi everyone! So I'm back on CD for a 4th time!! It could even be my 5th lol. It seems to get harder each time. I started before Christmas but came off it 5 weeks ago due to financial reasons and gained a stone! I'm on day 3 of SS not hungry but constantly food obsessing ? I want to loose 2 stone by mid June that's my first goal but not sure I can as my resistance to food is almost at zero! Any advice, hints or tips would be much appreciated! How are you guys doing? Looking forward to hearing ur stories and talking with u all. Much love

    Hey I want to lose 2 stone by June 6th and then continue but can't see that far at moment ahead seems too much at once lol.
    I've restarted several times and had to stop for medical reasons of the non diet variety.
    I'm on day 2 and feel ok as I've had 4 litres including the shakes but I've had to take gel off my nails n repaint them plus toes and so hair to stop me obsessing lol.
    Not sure how I can advise u other than thing of the long term picture and sit back and think how good the clothes will feel xx

    Not sure what number time this is me! 4th I think.
    The first time I did it I was on ss and found it so easy as I lived alone but this time I have a husband and 2 kids, so I can't avoid food like I did the first time. I'm doing step 2 this time and find the meal in the evening helps as I get to sit down to dinner with my family and gives me something to look forward to through the day. My weight loss is really good and I'm very happy doing this way. Good luck x

    Hi Summerbear, we have quite similar goals! It's hard when u start and it's going well but u have to stop for reasons out of ur control. Redoing ur toes and nails is a good idea. I also try having a bath or a nap lol. How are u on day 3?

    Hi bex-garv it's much harder when ur family are eating yummy food around you. How much do u have to lose? And what type of meal do u have? I imagined if I had any form of food It would make me want even more, do u feel that way?

    I've already lost 2 stone and 1lb and would like lose another 2 or 3 stone. I've got a wardrobe full of clothes I want to get back into and that is my target. It was so long ago I was that size I can't remember how much I weighed way back then. Do you have a set goal?

    On step 2 I tend to eat things like mushroom omelette, egg, tuna, prawn or chicken salad and my personally fav chicken and broccoli. I do get a little bored off eating the same things over and over again but I check the list off things I can eat and find there is something I'd forgotten. I don't think about food much at all but when I do I know I get to have a little xxx

    I'm on day 4 and decided to sleep today I'm bored and want food lol. It's been ok so far but on Friday I felt dizzy and lightheaded I thought I was going to faint. I have a 10hr shift tomorrow and hoping I don't feel like that again :( I won't stop in June that's just what I want to lose before my birthday.. I still have a long way to go but I'm trying not to think about it as it seems so far away xx

    Ur half way there! Must feel good! I have a mini target of 2 stone by June 18th but all together I want to loose 3 stones which will bring me to 13st 7lb I want to see if I can get there and if I do I have another goal. I came off plan for 5 weeks and undid 1 stone of hard work which Is disappointing because I know where I could of been if I hadn't had to have had that break. I'm focusing on that 2 stone because if I think about the rest it seems too far away to be real xx

    We defo have similar goals and can help each other. I just plan on going up a few steps to get through my hols and I have same mini goal as you too :)

    me too although 5 days already passed smoothly but thinking about my favorite food takes me to a dream of a binge but I will resist it coz it is worth it at the end and esp if u r a returner CDer then u experienced yourself how successful it would be at the end!

    Wait until you wake up sweating thinking you've eaten a burger and chips it's mad how real it feels.
    Everyone is in the same boat together and the support on here definately seems to help :)

    RudaAli lol I'm on day 5 and constantly daydreaming and night dreaming of my favourite foods! Is this ur first time?

    Summerbear... Lingering stares at my colleagues lunches today :( I'm not hungry at all but damn I want a burger and chips! Lol x

    Haha that was me. Not my first time no no no.
    I did a meeting that had a buffet supplied and I had to stare at it for 3 hours and was torture haha. I'm impressed tho did ss+ fri and day 3 ss over now whoop whoop x
