Day 2

9.00 - mint choc shake with 25ml soya milk

12.00pm - protein bar & handful strawberries

2.30pm - tropical shake with 250ml soya milk

5.30pm - greek yog & handful raspberries

7.30pm - homemade soup....not exactly on plan as very low in protein, my mum made it & i was 2 tired 2 make anything else :(

3 litres water
3 herbalife teas

9.45am - 2 scoops tropical F1, 1 scoop PPP, handful frozen raspberries, 250ml organic soya milk & double ice tea :)

12.15pm - small tin tuna in spring water drizzle balsamic vinegar & chopped up cucumber

2.30pm - 2 scoops mint choc F1, 1 scoop PPP, 125ml choc soya milk, 125ml organic soya milk, ice tea

5.00pm - extra lean burgers, side salad, 2 tablespoons coleslaw & balsamic vinegar

Mines keeps crashing as well! So frustrating. Iv got a PT session on monday not done anything since before my dad was ill....I'm scared! Lol well done on the loss! :) x
 
Well done Jade sounds like you're doing great - your shakes sound good too - I'm in such a rush of a morning it's literally mix and go, might get more creative at the weekend!

Thank you! Iv not logged my diary past few days as iv not bn feeling great, still mostly stuck 2 plan tho! My PT session was 2day but he cancelled this morning, tbh i actually wasn't 2 bothered as I'm in so much pain! Got a scan on wed as doc thinks i may have a cyst. How u feeling? Enjoying plan? X

11.30 - protein bar


2.30 - 2 scoops vanilla F1, 2 scoops PPP, 125ml choc soya milk, 125ml soya light, 1tblsp no added sugar peanut butter & ice tea


4.30 - wholemeal pitta bread, salmon & spread of philadelphia cheese

5.30 - 100g cooked mussles
