My 90 day challenge dairy :)

21st June 2014 9.45am - 2 scoops tropical F1, 1 scoop PPP, handful frozen raspberries, 250ml organic soya milk & double ice tea :) 12.15pm - small tin tuna in spring water drizzle balsamic vinegar & chopped up cucumber 2.30pm - 2 scoops mint choc F1, 1 scoop PPP, 125ml choc soya milk, 125ml organic soya milk, ice tea 5.00pm - extra lean burgers, side salad, 2 tablespoons coleslaw & balsamic vinegar <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=143043"/> <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=143064"/> <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=143072"/> <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=143106"/>

The burgers look yummy, did u make them yourself or are they from the butchers?

Tbh im really struggling 2 get back on plan clover :( iv started with my personal trainer tho so going there twice per wk plus he is doing a free fit camp 3 x per wk...that starts on mon so will b attending that as well. Had a long chat with my PT & we discussed goals & time scales etc. He said its going 2 take abt 6-8 months 100% dedication so its really time 2 knuckle down. I'll do my stats again 2moro morning & start a fresh :thumbup::)

Good that you are having a bit of a fresh start. 6 months of working out and doing herbalife and you'll be like superwoman! Go for it! X
