So...day 10 of level 1 this evening, it's gone quite quickly and am a little scared of level 2! Will take measurements tonight to see if level 1 has made any difference.
 
Level 2 started - its a killer. Did measurements and no inch loss yet but then food hasn't been great last couple of days so will see after another 8 days of level 2!
 
Day 4 of level 2 and still going strong, had yet another naughty food weekend so being extra good this week. Fingers crossed the shred will
Cancel it out :)
 
Day 5 DONE! Half way there and been really good with food and lots of water last two days
 
so level 2 done and have lost an inch off my waist but haven't lost any weight - this is mainly due to the fact I have been sticking to the diet during the week and not at all at the weekends.

This needs to change! Maybe level 3 will shred it out of me...
