Forgot to add 2lbs lost this week, last week was *week so not sure if weight last week was a true 2lb again. Will continue with 3 SE days and 4 EE days, today being a success express day x

Ended up going over syns last night, not by a mega amount. Ended up feeling like my sugar levels were very low and took ages for it to go :-( feeling ok about it as it wasn't a desperate need to eat them just because i had to, if it had been earlier i could have properly made something.

Trying a green day today (not been successful on these before but think it's ok)
