    hello people iv just started the cambridge diet and i was wondering how much u can loose in a week because im hearing lots off different stories, im 13st 9lb at the minute and i only started last thursday 6th jan :p

    Hi everyones weightloss is different each week..

    I have restarted and lost 7 lbs today... but some may loose less than 7 lbs or even up too 14 lbs in their first week.!

    stay 100% and drink water and you will see the lbs drop quickly x

    thank uu, im finding it really hard to drink 8 pints of water a day x
