My Curves Journey

I joined curves last week, I opted for curves complete. I have about 7 stone to lose. For the next 2 weeks, I am on a strict 1200 calorie 20g carbs a day - no alcohol.

Day 4 and it is going really well.

I am still in the set up phrase.

Phrase 1 starts on monday for a week.

Planned all my food out for the next 7 days just need to do some food shopping in time for Monday.
