My energy bubble burst hard this evening, feel like my mood has totally crashed. Tonight is the first time I've truly struggled and questioned my starting this :(

And there will possibly be more

I just still wonder if I've even reached ketosis, just from all my reading it seems I should feel physically terrible while my body transitions into it, but I've felt fine. Am I just one of the lucky ones?

I'm on my 6th day, off work (i dont like it, access to fridge is easy). Just think of how good it will feel when pass this hard period and look and say 'i did that'
 
I genuinely have no idea if I'm even in Ketosis, going around to try to find testing sticks and couldn't get them in either Asda or Morrisons, so no idea. Feel really hungry today is all, so can only assume I'm not in ketosis, even though I've stuck to it all 100% with 3L of water every day.

I have just bought some off amazon :)

Yeah i sometimes have really bad periods of hunger, they usually go away thought. I feel mentally hungry all the time if that makes sense lol

Settled down with my evening shake now and starting to get over the hurdle. I just keep thinking about food. Especially going through difficult issues with my ex right now, brings all the emotion to the front of my mind and when I'm emotional, I just want crappy food.

I think that's what's hardest for me right now, separating emotion from food. My ex being a bit of a youknowwhat right now doesn't help. We're supposed to be staying friends but he's not playing ball.

I've just split up with my bf, about a wee n a half... went on a crazy binge and it made me feel worse. Things are still hard now but im sure ill get there!

Was a mutual split and we are still talking but ill get skinny and show him what he's missing ;) hehhehe

Weekend ia ok for me, up early which is annoying means more time without food lol so im off back to sleep hopefully.

I didn't get to bed until 1 but was up at 7 so I'm watching cooking programmes in bed hoping I'll go back to sleep too lol

Hello everyone! I am starting tonight, i work nights see. I have 3 weeks worth of products from when I tried & failed this last year.
Does it actually work? I can never seem to get past the first few days! I want to lose 2-3 stone asap xxx

Oh it definitely works hun! You just need to keep yourself on it! 2-3 stone could potentially be done in 2 and a half months!
I hope day 1 goes ok, and make sure all your products are in date :)

That's exactly what I'm aiming for, the "this is what you could have won" part of it. I figure now, and to paraphrase a quote I love, if he didn't want me at my worst, he doesn't get me at my best. My fast food binge was two weeks, dread to think how much I actually spent in that time, and how many calories went in. Safe to say it would have been a lot.

I am definitely seeing changes on my body now, fighting through and waiting for Tuesday, still can't wait to weigh.

I think im always going to struggle with being a food binger, but I just keep thinking this hunger isn't forever, I think id have to stick with my Cambridge consultant for a while maintaining, this starving bit will be easy compared to maintaining for me lol

Hardest thing for me this week has been watching Masterchef! All the delicious things I see on there makes me want food even more. I've been craving calamari for days now!

I don't necessarily think this is a long term thing for me, going through the stages, think I just want to lose as much as possible so I can start exercising, and keep the weight off through exercise and fitness, giving me a bit more freedom with what I eat. Chances are whatever I lose won't all stay off.
