Breakfast - 28g Ready Break with scan bran (HeB and HeA for milk).

Lunch - Tesco Pasta and Sauce (1/2 syn) with apple and half a gala melon.

Tea - Home made SW chips with beans.

Snacks - 2 Alpen light bars (HeB), Tall Skinny capp (HeA), Snack a Jacks Lightly Salted Popcorn (2 1/2 syns) one scan bran with quark (1/2 syn) peppers and carrots with quark dip.
