Wow that is amazing, you've done so well :D

It was a tough day as all I thought was food! Today is a bit better as I am busy. Enjoying the meals though, I suppose it's a case of willpower now. Have you found your hunger has subsided?

Hello!!

Been reading your diary and am so so so soooooooo proud of you for sticking to it through the tough times too. It's an incredibly hard diet and to flick that autopilot switch and follow it regardless is amazing.
Willpower you never thought you had hey!!! :)

I'm glad your partner is back in support! It takes its toll on them too. My partner and I are proper foodys and love a weekend takeaway with pud and wine. Then a midweek naughty something too. So I knew it would effect him too. However you (and they) must remember it is for a short time. And once you've reached your goal and done your final challenge of learning how to maintain, then you can introduce a few treats back as you'll having the coping mechanisms to deal with it. Especially if you take up exercise and make that a part of your life.
You're doing so great and have an incredible loss. Over 2 stone in less than 2 months!! :)
Wow weee :) :) :)

I just wanted to mention that this diet can play havoc with our hormones and emotions... I know being on simplicity means you're getting 100% of your daily vitamins already but I'm wondering if you're allowed to take extra vitamin B or evening primrose oil. Both are great mood boosters. Maybe worth asking a SnS person on their web chat thing?
Just a thought anyways!!

Good luck today.

Xx
