Hey BL - I know exactly what you mean with customers - I work for the DWP in Incapacity Benefit, and so know exactly what customers are like, especially those that claim they can't work because they have an ingrown toenail - it's like get a grip!! Just tell them that they'll get there friggin new 50" TV, when they actually go out and buy one to replace the 26" that they really have!

On the plus side for you - tomorrow is Friday, then you'l have two whole days to think about nothing but yourself - I know it'll be hard, but give yourself the weekend to do whatever you want, and enjoy yourself.
