breakfast...1 Weetabix banana natural yogurt....bacon egg tomatoe baked beans mushroom veg sausage{2syns} 1 slice wholemeal bread lunch.....spag boll small mixed salad..1 grapefruit. snack....muller fatfree yogurt dinner.......pork chop.potatoes. peas. sweetcorn. carrots and sprouts gravy... can anyone tell me if this is too much food please
