Hi all

I'm new here. Started SW last Thursday night, weighing in at 13st, 13lbs. My first goal is 10%, which is 12st 7lbs.

Ultimately, I'd like to lose around 5stone (which I did a few years back with Rosemary Conley, but it all crept back on!!).

Anyway, I know it's only day 4, but feeling pretty positive. Trying some new foods out and have just made a frozen strawberry yogurt desert for later :)

Well, here's to future weightloss my friends :cross:

Well, my first weigh in and I lost 3lbs, well please. Now for week 2 and still feeling positive. Think not having a rumbling tummy all week really helps to stay motivated :)

Thanks ruby. Enjoying sw so much at the moment. I have time to organise what I'm eating, have enjoyed experimenting and have not felt starving like I usually do on a diet. But back at work next week so not much time to plan, so I need to be very careful!
