This is my last diet....x
I started the diet 13 days ago....found out about the diet through a friend at work and I have been suprisingly enjoying it allot doing ss!!
Before I got pregnant in 2007 I was a slim size 8-10 and it was the happiest iv ever been, I then fell pregnant n put a staggering 5st on and as some of you will know I just used it as an excuse and gradually put a further 3st on...I started weightwatchers in Feb this year and managed to loose 2stone up and down until Sept and then I'd had enough because once I cheat I can't get back on it! So I started the cd with a clear mind and on day 10 I had my first weigh in (in the morning-so had been doing it for 9 days) and I lost 1 st and 8.5 inches! I was really pleased and it has kept me going.
The thing I find most helpful is when I think of something I really want to eat I type it into my phone (list app) and tell my self when I am my goal weight I will eat it!!
Over Xmas I am having 2 days off where I am going to eat what ever I want-one is a works Xmas meal at a 6 different cuisine buffet-which I'm dreading plus Xmas day! Other than that I am going till I reach my goal hopefully mid Feb. To me if you cheat your only cheating yourself plus the 40pound a week your spending to make you happy!
