My diary from day 3

You've lost that much in a week? That's amazing!
I think I may just start doing some small things to increase my activity. I'm on my feet most of the time when I'm teaching, but after that, I'm at the computer planning and writing reports and whatnot! Perhaps an evening walk to start off with and maybe some light resistance training at home?
You've really given me a buzz to get going!
Still in shock! A STONE! Go you!!!!

Madness isn't it, last time on my 1st weigh in I lost 16lbs... Seeing as Ive not got my proper weigh in til tues I'm on way weigh to that if not more :) woohooo...... Last time I did it for 3weeks and went from 16st 1lb to 13.13 ... I finished in August last year and between then & last week I yoyo'd between that & 14.9.... Which I don't think is to bad :)

I would def do some muscle toning work, everyday I use weights n do various reps on my arms, do sit ups & leg raises... Cos u can do as little as u want and doesn't matter if u rest inbetween, and also stops sagginess. My wedding dress I'm wearing next year is strapless n my (cheeky) mother told me to wear a shrug as my arms r wobbly lol I'll show her! Lol

Ahhh.. Good idea. I've got some weights from when I was doing Davina Macall workouts (absolutely fantastic DVDs by the way!)ales you sweat like a pig but you buzz for hours. I think I'll look at upper body section later.
I've lost 13lbs (last weigh in Thursday) and feel amazing already! I've still got at least 2-3stone to go but I'm feeling so much better, inside and out. I've just bought myself a £20 gift voucher for Debenhams with my birthday money so I can treat myself soon.
Also, wanted to ask, I've bought some green tea capsules from Holland and Barratts that Are antioxidant and help with weight loss. Would that give me an extra boost do you think?

Dont see why not :) I might get some :) cos my weightloss won't be like this all the time. I'm middle of a horrifically heavy period, which is making me feel ergh :-(

I love jillian Michels 30day shred.... It's fab n only 20mins at a time :)

Omg, your a fat burning machine! You go girl!!! You very in the zone, keep it up, your going to loom amazing when your at goal xxx:)

I'm very in the zone @ moment :-D I lose weight very easily- which makes it worse that I'm so fat... It's all greed!:-/ but not anymore!!!! Loving all my old clothes I'm wearing at the mo!!!!!

How's every1's sunday been???? Looking forward to next Sunday as its fathers day so gonna take my wonderful fiancé out with our kids!

Tho it's a bit bittersweet For me, cos this December just gone (10th-6 months today) I lost my amazing daddy :'-( he was battling oesophagul cancer- and only 8 months after diagnosis passed away at my home, I was caring for him and found him one morning :-( my dad was a typical feeder and even to his last days made me wheel him to the local shop to buy sweets for me & kids! He obviously couldn't eat, but didn't stop him lol
Miss him so much and when I'm slim & built my fitness right up, I'm aiming next year to run a lot of races in his memory- he would b very proud

I lost my mum in 2007 to diabetic related illnesses. In the end she went blind, liver failure (she never drank alcohol.. T-total all her life) and finally went into a coma. It started by her being overweight, she wasn't obese but her consultant told us that's how it all started. I don't want to be the same. Diabetes runs on my maternal side.. It scares me. 5 years for my mum on 14th June.. Sending my love 'wannabefitatthirty.'

Thank u willow xxx how weird 14th june is my mums birthday x there a lot of cancers in my family :-/ worrying isn't it! My dad has lived with me all my adult life (being a lodger with me & my ex, and then when i was made homeless he took us in) until I moved to Dorset in 2008, but I was only one out of me & my 2 brothers who cared for him when he needed it (and paid for his funeral) so I feel good about that, some things I wish I'd said :-( still very raw & hurts so much- does it get easier to live with? I cry at some point everyday:-(

Anyway this is about us and our weightloss journey so excuse my misery about my dad, 6 month anniversary has hit me... I'm ok :)

Had a bottle of sprite zero today, sooo blimmin thirsty... Can't wait to weigh myself in morning!

Wow.. I think I'm gonna do that. Did you do it in paper or eBay? Imagine that.. Needing a whole new wardrobe!!

I sold them on a local Facebook selling site :) but they're all next n nice makes so £50 isn't a fraction of what I paid... But it's a superdry top or river island jeans lol so am happy n I have nooooo choice but to keep weight off lol

I weighed 13st 7 this morning so im hoping by fathers day next Sunday I'll b 12st 10 ... That's my target!

9lb is really good tho! well done!!!:-D

My weight does fall off me cos I have no thyroid gland so take thyroxine tablets daily for rest of my life - one of the functions of thyroxine (or thyroid gland) is that it controls ur metabolism- so my metabolism doesn't change by my diet - so when most people starve themselves (in effect on this diet) - they're metabolism slows down- mine doesnt which means I lose weight easily- if I didn't take my tablets my metabolism would grind to a halt (n eventually I'd die) so really, when controlled, this life long condition has its advantages .... I have been 100% tho, if I eat lots of crap I will put on weight, my metabolism is normal, just doesn't slow- its consistent :)

Yum!... I've just had the most delicious SS+ meal ever!! Chicken rubbed in tarragon ( jar) and chicken seasoning (jar) fried with fry light, mushrooms and asparagus. I can honestly say its one of the best meals in a long time long before I started this diet.
