Hi guys here it is if anyone has advice It would be welcome

Friday :-

Total syns per day 15

Healthy extra A:- 350 ml skimmed milk

Healthy extra B :- 2 weetabix

Super speed :- pineapple banana

Free:- potato baked beans boiled rice muller yoghurts

Syns used :- butter 1tsp = 2 syns
Chicken dhansak = 6.5 syns
Used 8.5 syns

Total syns 8.5 syns
Remaining syns saved 6.5 syns

Just looked at the chocolate syns and decided not to indulge I can do without once in the mouth and all tht my main goal is to be healthy and slim for my son my darling boy who is 3 and my husband and family and of course for myself I have bought loads of muller yoghurts and going to pick on pineapple tonight whilst watching tv

This is the best diet ever and I know I can do this I lost 5 pound this week

Breakfast bacon eggs mushroom syn free sausages

Lunch jacket pot and tuna with sweetcorn
Mayo extra light 2tbsp = 1 syn

Dinner chicken with cajun spices potato veg no dessert and about 5 spritzers with diet lemonade and only little wine in glass so with the syns I think I would be covered xxx

Superfree banana veg

Staying over at friends caravan tonight hence why carrying over syns so having 21.5 syns today

Dinner 2 syn free burgers pasta n sauce and baked pot

Used syns today on sons Easter egg so will have about 5 syns each day next week also to cover wine I had last night xxx

hi hon the diary looks ok however if you are doing ee there is not alot of superfree food in there?
 
cool the way i do it is if i cant have it with a breakfast i try to get 1/3 in over the whole day and it works for me, that is how my consultant said you can do it. It helps as I cant push too much fibrous sf veg with each meal as it hurts
