Day 2 it's going ok spent an half and hour at gym and eating sensibly will weigh myself next week official weigh in is back with the nurse on 20 June so will have been on tabs 3 weeks then
 
Day 3 had a salad at my mums and an activia yogurt for an afternoon snack and having a bit of chicken for tea after not being the loo for over 2 days this morning my stomach was upset not youve been tango'd lol so that may have been down to what I ate last night
 
It's been just over a week and am 3lb lighter am exercising more now and am more aware of what I'm eating am back at the docs in 11 days so will be hitting the gym and eating loads of fruit
