I'm on day 2 of Slimming World and doing ok - finally seeing the scales go down a little bit so pleased with that

Just feel liberated not chained to CD

Hi, sorry for late response. I don't really know what leads to the cheating. I haven't quite put my finger on it yet.

I loved Slimming World, I lost 3 stone on it. Good luck with it, such a great diet.

It seems to be quite quiet on here in general now.

I am back on today. Day one again. Hopefully for the last time.

How is slimming world going? I miss slimming world egg and chips, so good.

Yeah - it has been a bit hit and miss over the weekend - the headache made me want all the nasty things !!!!

Back to it this week - going to try for a green week and see how I get on !
